What is the (ADA) Aspire, Dream, and Achieve program?
ADA’s mission is to help bridge identity, reading, math, college admission, and financial literacy gaps.
ADA’S OBJECTIVES
- We provide innovative learning solutions for middle and high schoolers in Jacksonville and its surrounding districts.
- Our expectations are that students will demonstrate beyond average growth on quarterly assessments in both reading and math.
- We anticipate that students will surpass what is considered typical growth across the quarter in both reading and math.
- We offer support to homeschoolers in the form of guidance, teaching aids and an optional shared workspace. Our team of administrators are on hand to ensure students have access to the resources they need for learning success.

ADA Academy is passionate about helping children discover their value in God and creating a loving atmosphere for them to grow emotionally, academically, socially, and spiritually. Every Saturday, we host a two and a half hour Group Tutoring Session where students can practice concepts tailored to their individual needs. Additionally, one-on-one tutoring with certified teachers is available each week for one hour each session.

Group tutoring naturally promotes social interaction, which is vital for a child’s growth. Studies have shown that students benefit from working in small collaborative teams as they are able to interact, contribute and support each other. Our cooperative learning groups are strategically designed to keep our pupils focused on the relevant topics while also making sure they stay engaged.
Discovering self-guided research endeavors!
Independent learning offers a variety of advantages for students such as enhanced academic achievement, greater self-assurance and motivation, heightened awareness, enabling teachers to assign differentiated tasks, and promoting social integration. Our Independent Studies program provides support when students are working remotely with their teacher. Students can access ADA’s Learning Management System to stay involved with appropriate activities linked to their individual plan and obtain web-based advice from their tutor even when they are not having a tutoring session.

Individualized tutoring is available to assist with specific needs and challenges.
Our certified teachers recognize that each learner has unique educational requirements. Our tutors are trained to provide multi-level support, allowing for individualized instruction in a safe environment. Through one-on-one focus, students often experience improved performance, attitude and self-belief. Our approach boosts self-directed learning which leads to responsible and independent behavior – both in study and life.

Developing literacy strategies is a way of honing techniques to become more proficient in reading and writing.
Reading proficiency is key to the success of learning. We use methods and techniques to enhance our pupils’ reading capability and build on their vocabularies, spelling ability, understanding and analytical thinking. These literacy strategies are even incorporated into individual study programs. A variety of reading approaches allow us to accommodate diverse levels of literacy.
Exploring who I am and what I’m meant to do is my mission.
ADA helps teens uncover their true identity by revealing they were created to serve God. Our curriculum shows them who they are isn’t determined by grades, relationships, looks or athletic skills. Understanding their identity comes from the One who designed them and gives them answers about where they’re going. A Christ-shaped identity awaits!

Upon completing the enrollment and registration, we will move on to the Initial Assessment. This evaluation will enable us to develop a tailored plan specifically for your student. This plan consists of two stages: “Reveal” and “Execute”.
- Reveal. The Personalized Blueprint will uncover the student’s current academic aptitude in math and language arts. It also exposes their advantages and disadvantages in these core subjects, as well as their learning approach and type of intelligence.
- Execute. Personalized Blueprint outlines actionable steps to close gaps in math and reading. Timeline, weekly activities, individual tasks and projects, as well as one-on-one tutoring and group sessions guide the student’s progress. Formative and summative assessments track growth throughout the program.

We offer a Homeschool Hub program to support families and students who have chosen to learn from home. Our coaches and educators are available to provide assistance for each student, and we also provide a physical space for learning that promotes success.
